Access equipment doesn't only mean a plain ladder or scaffold tower. Tallescopes and skymaster or maintenance ladders are some of the other standard items which can also be used from the floor. In addition, specially designed equipment such as lighting bridges can raise and lower or be fixed at high level, gantries can cover an entire performance area, or the equipment to be accessed can itself be lowered.
