Introduction

ASG is, since 1973, probably one of the longest established Companies within the industry, trading continuously and with the same management, and to ensure continued quality and dedication to improvement we achieved accreditation to ISO9002 (BS5750 Part 2) Quality Assurance in 1993 - something which many Companies still have not achieved.

Policy

It is the intention of ASG Stage Products to continually follow a Quality Assurance System conforming to ISO 9002 (formerly BS 5750 1987 Part 2) for production and installation.

The policy of ASG Stage Products is to provide services and specialist installations to conform to Customers' requirements, whether it be of their own design or the design of the Company. To achieve this ASG Stage Products have established and intend to maintain an effective and efficient quality programme developed in conjunction with other management functions. The Quality System shall be continually maintained and annually assessed by an independent body, to help with monitoring and improvement.

Our extensive Quality Manual and the associated procedures outlined therein describe how the ASG Stage Products Quality Programme is designed, to ensure that customers' quality requirements are recognised and that consistent and uniform control of these requirements is adequately maintained.

The company will ensure that the policy and requirements are understood and implemented by all levels of personnel within the organisation, through detailed procedures and appropriate training for understanding and implementation of the requirements of the policy.

Whilst the Quality Manager is delegated the responsibility for ensuring adequacy of operation of the Quality Programme, all personnel within ASG Stage Products are responsible for the quality of their own work and actions, and adherence to the defined systems. They are also responsible for bringing to the attention of their management, and the Quality Assurance Manager, any deficiencies, either real or potential, for timely and effective action.

The Quality Manual accurately and adequately describes the programme in use within ASG Stage Products to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002.
