| This is a classic example of a newly built village hall, for which we proposed, designed, manufactured and installed the full compliment of performance facilities. These included a tubular grid to suspend all stage tracks and other equipment under the shaped roof and suspended ceiling, stage curtains with a shaped valance, various internally wired lighting barrels, stage lighting with a dimming system and memory control console, and a flexible performance sound system. On this occasion, the client requested the Main Contractor to install all cabling and containment during construction of the building, for which we provided all necessary information to ensure a polished final installation. We have also continued to support the client with additional 'supply only' equipment, inspection and maintenance services. | |

This is typical of many village halls which we equip
with composite schemes for performance use, from our initial visit and
recommendations through to design and installation. On this occasion
we installed stage equipment with tracks and curtains, lighting barrels,
stage lighting and control equipment, also a sound system.

| As well as performance facilities in church halls, we are often asked to install projection screens within the church, sometimes with the added requirement of permanently housing the screen box at high level with the fabric still descending to low level - of which one client said "it descends like an angel". This project had two of these electrically operated screens but with the added complication of storage against the side walls, thereby needing a pivoting mechanism to automatically hinge the boxes out to the operating positions. | |
