Design, Manufacture and Installation

From schools and village halls to theatres and concert halls, we design, manufacture and install individual composite stage, drama studio, TV studio, theatre and cinema schemes. These may include lighting grids, projection screens, lighting and control equipment, counterweight sets, safety curtains, suspension gear, manual and electrically operated tracks, curtains, staging, flats, scenery fittings and materials, sound equipment, seating and tiering, also special bespoke projects.

With our experienced management team, we also specialise in project managing major schemes involving stage engineering, electrical and mechanical installations, lighting, sound, curtains, rostra and scenery accessories, manufacturing the majority of equipment in-house and supplying a total 'turnkey' package. Our experience can be demonstrated by the contractual projects we have been involved with through some of the most prominent Consultants, Architects and Building Contractors throughout the UK, Ireland and overseas.

We have fully computerised drawing office facilities capable of producing drawings, quality programmes and method statements in accordance with any contract requirements. Our experienced design engineers and draughtsmen are involved with project drawing and programming requirements for submission, assessment and approval by the Consultant, Contractual design team, Architect and Client.

We employ engineers, draughtsmen and project managers, all of whom contribute to our experience in Management Contracts and site supervision, co-ordination and project management of similar contracts. We also employ our own labour force with many years experience in mechanical and electrical engineering for installing stage equipment, lighting and control equipment.

Furthermore, we have the facilities of obtaining the services of other experienced freelance professionals, including the commissioning of private Consulting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with many years experience in the Theatre and Television industry, whom we have been using for many years. This can include Building Control approval and assessment appertaining to the integrity of existing structures, foundations etc., also mains electric's and switchgear.

We are capable of self-financing major projects, which can be demonstrated by our accounts. References can be obtained against any of the individual projects mentioned, also a financial reference can be obtained from our bank and accountants. Similar assessments have been carried out by many private and Local Authority Architects and Consultants, also prominent Building Contractors, all of which has resulted in us being invited to tender.

Take advantage of our consultancy and design services. We will be pleased to carry out visits and site surveys, offer our proposals and quotations, all without obligation or charge. When the project proceeds, detailed design work is then carried out, prior to approval, manufacture and installation.
